Admission Procedure

1. You will be required to complete a comprehensive evaluation assessment prior to coming into treatment.

2. From the findings of the assessment a treatment plan is formulated from this and a plan and treatment pathway is put in place for your stay.

3. An admission date is selected and agreed upon by all parties involved.

4. In most cases medical detoxification is required prior to being admitted. We would ask that you ensure that this takes place within the appropriate time period before your admission date i.e you will need to be at  least 3 days clean from alcohol and 7 days from all other drugs upon entering and engaging with our programme. It’s important to note that it can be extremely dangerous, even life threatening to simply go ‘cold turkey’ and to just stop taking your drug of choice, this should be undertaken in the care of a professional physician.

5. Prior to coming into treatment according to your drug of choice we ask that you go on Antabuse/Naltrexone, you will need to get this prescribed and administered by your General Practitioner.

Treatment Fees

 

Our treatment fees vary and are based on the outcome of the AOD (Alcohol and Other Drug) comprehensive evaluation assessment, our fees range from $5,000 - $8,500 plus GST per week.
