About Our Programme
Our recovery programme is an intensive programme, with the average length of a guest’s stay being between three to four weeks. We also have a five-day respite treatment programme available. Our intensive treatment programme is designed to comprehensively challenge you and push you beyond your comfort zone.
Our Auckland rehab programme is not for the faint-hearted; the days are power-packed. On some days, you could have multiple one-on-one therapy sessions, group work, reflective studies, and be submerged into the AA/NA community by attending a meeting. However, over the 15-28 days of your stay, and by the end of your treatment, life's lenses will shift from a polarised black-and-white position into a multifaceted and coloured spectrum. Simply put, your perspective will change from the glass being half empty to half full (even overflowing).
To make sure you’re professionally supported, we provide a strong therapeutic community (TC). Our team members make up a strong family community, and collaboratively, we have written a treatment programme that can include the following:
-
Pharmacology
-
Psychological refocus
-
Individual identity work
-
AOD (Alcohol and Other Drugs) face-to-face therapeutic sessions
-
Mental health, cognitive behavioural, and dialectical approaches
-
Psychoeducation groups
-

-

-

-
